This guide is for swimmers who sign in with their own account (student role). You manage your profile, submit enrollment the same way as families, and track requests and invoices — without switching between children.
Your journey at a glance
The sidebar lists My profile, Enroll, and My enrollments (same as the parent portal, with labels adjusted for one swimmer).
Student portal flow
1 My profile
See your swimmer profile and read-only progress notes from coaches.
2 Enroll
Submit or update enrollment: student details, then preferred location, class, and weekly slot.
3 My enrollments
Track request status, invoices, pay online or upload a payslip when enabled.
When your profile is already linked to this login, name and date of birth on Enroll may be read-only — contact the office if they need changing.
1. My profile
- Open My profile to see your swimmer record linked to this login.
- Open progress to view coach notes (read-only).
- Photos and swim level are updated by the school — contact reception if something needs correcting.
2. Enroll
Complete 1. Student first (name and date of birth). After that, 2. Enrollment preferences appears: choose preferred location, then an age-appropriate class at that branch, then a weekly slot.
When you owe an enrollment invoice, staff may need to verify your payment before the invoice shows as paid — ask the pool if your status does not update after you pay.
If no class or slot appears, the timetable may not be ready or there may be no class for your age at that venue — contact the office.
3. My enrollments
- My enrollments lists each request, status, assigned class and slot when staff set them, and invoices.
- Use Pay online when the school enabled Stripe for that invoice.
- Use the upload area for bank transfer proof when the school accepts payslips.
- Download your own payslip file from the payment row when available.
Quick troubleshooting
- I cannot log in
- Use Forgot password on the login screen or ask the pool to confirm your email.
- I need to enroll a sibling
- Self-managed accounts cover one swimmer. A parent or guardian account is used when one login must manage several children.
- Pay online is missing
- The school may use manual payment only, or Stripe may not be configured.
